Overview

LinkedIn Relationship Manager ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps you track LinkedIn contacts with notes and follow-up reminders. This policy explains what data the Extension handles and how.

Data We Collect

The Extension stores the following data locally in your browser only, using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local API:

• LinkedIn profile names and job titles (read from the page you visit)
• Notes, relationship type, and follow-up dates you enter manually
• Last contacted date and visit timestamps
• Your license key (if you have purchased a license)

This data never leaves your device and is never sent to any server operated by us.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect analytics or usage data
• We do not track your browsing history
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not have access to any data stored in your browser

License Verification

When you activate a license key, the Extension sends your license key to Gumroad's verification API (api.gumroad.com) solely to confirm its validity. No personal information is transmitted beyond the license key itself. Gumroad's privacy policy applies to this interaction.

LinkedIn Data

The Extension reads publicly visible profile information (name and headline) from LinkedIn pages you visit. This data is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted anywhere.

Data Deletion

You can delete all stored data at any time by opening the Extension popup and clicking "Clear all data", or by removing the Extension from Chrome entirely.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
